REBECCA LOVELL, CEO
Jennifer Edson, CFO and COO
Jennifer is an active, licensed CPA in Washington State and has almost 30 years of accounting experience, having begun her career as an auditor for Arthur Andersen in the Denver office, specializing in high tech startups. After a few years in private industry, she jumped back into doing what she loves most, and for the past 20 years she has been helping founders chase their dreams as a startup consultant providing accounting, tax, and technology consulting services. Personally, and professionally, she loves to encourage people to aim high, prepare diligently, and to enjoy the learning and success that comes in that process. Her greatest accomplishment has been raising two amazing sons with her husband, while being actively involved in various school organizations over the years and serving as a past Board Member of Acres of Diamonds. She is proud graduate of the University of Iowa with a BBA in Accounting. Her happy place is either on the slopes with her family, or on a boat in Puget Sound. She is also an ACE certified personal trainer and has been teaching Group Exercise classes since 2007 at the Columbia Athletic Club at Pine Lake.
Jere O’Leary, VP of Client Development
Jere brings 20+ years of business development experience at Starbucks as well as direct startup experience to her role at Denali. She most recently worked with Rebecca Lovell at the Madrona Venture Group. Jere’s deep empathy for entrepreneurs and commitment to cultivating customer loyalty are core to our supported growth strategy. Outside of work she enjoys the outdoors, hiking, yoga, cooking and giving back to our community

Chris is a serial entrepreneur who founded Denali in January 2008 after 25 years of serving the Seattle tech community as a Big-4 auditor (PwC, E&Y), a CFO of a venture capital firm, a co-founder of a SOX consulting firm, and a financial executive for numerous venture capital-backed technology companies. Chris has enjoyed leadership roles in local organizations such as the MIT Enterprise Forum, WTIA , Junior Achievement, Rite of Passage Journeys, Board of the Northwest Entrepreneur Network (NWEN), and as a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD). Chris is a CPA (license inactive), and has a BA in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Washington. Chris is an avid reader, book collector and music history nerd. He also enjoys exploring rivers and mountain lakes to fly fish for trout, photography, power vinyasa-style yoga, live music, guitar, and traveling the world with his wife and family
Jaennaé has over 22 years of combined sales and business operations experience. Her previous positions include co-founder and VP of Operations for a rapidly growing mortgage company, where she managed the day-to day operations with over 80 employees operating in 27 states. She demonstrates strong interpersonal skills as well as a strong sales and operational background. Jaennaé is an active member of the Seattle Art Museum Supporters (SAMS) Executive team, serving as 2013-2014 president. Personal Interests: Jaennaé is working towards her black belt in Kempo (Kenpo Karate), and is writing her first novel. She competes in marathons and has completed 4 of the Abbott Six World Majors. She enjoys hiking, traveling, reading, writing, music, wine and food. She enjoys spending time with her husband, and their four kids.
